Controller
The company above is the controller of the personal data described here. Write to the email address above for anything about your data.
What we collect and why
Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and a message; we use them to reply to you and, if a project follows, to prepare and carry it out. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). The same applies if you write or call us directly.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service that passes your message to our mailbox and may process it outside the European Union. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run and secure the site. If you open a video in the hidden archive, it is played by TikTok, which then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Client portal
Project information in the client portal is encrypted and can only be opened with the access code we give the client. The key derived from that code is kept in your own browser so you stay signed in; signing out removes it.
What this site stores on your device
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. Only what the site needs to work: a REINN_LOCALE cookie with the language you chose (one year); in session storage, whether you have seen the opening intro and your scroll position on each page (cleared when you close the tab); in local storage, the client-portal key if you use the portal, and, if you open the hidden archive, which of its files you have read and your sound setting. None of these needs consent, because each is strictly necessary for something you asked for.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any project that follows, and are then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, invoices).
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted, to object to it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to us at the email address above; we answer within one month. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
